Q: What if I want to cancel my party? A:
It’s possible to cancel receiving a full refund 21 days or more before
the event. We keep 20 % of your deposit if you cancel less than 21 days
before the event. Dharma keeps 50% of your deposit if you cancel less
than 10 days before the event. We will keep your entire deposit if you
cancel less than 7 days.
We need to know the final number of your guests 10 days before the
party. Dharma will not refund the money that we have already spent on
ingredients. The same rules apply to all cooking classes.
Q: How much deposit I need to pay for my party? A:
We ask for 50% deposit (calculated on the number of your guests), which
needs to be paid 4 weeks before the event. We also ask for 50% deposit
on the anticipated food bill. We will give you the entire food bill on
the day of the party when we cook for you. For expensive items (caviar,
foie gras, ostrich and oysters) we usually let you know the prices
before we purchase them.
Q: What if I have a limited budget in mind? A: Good tasty food does not mean expensive food. We can feed people with fresh seasonal ingredients that don’t cost the earth.
Q: Is Dharma insured? A: Yes, we have insurance underwritten by a leading food insurance specialist.
Q: What if I don’t like anything on the menu? A: We are flexible. All you have to do is tell us what you would like us to cook.
